Barefoot Bowls With Live Music – James Brennan

James has been performing many styles of music since his teenage years. He is an accomplished singer/songwriter/guitarist, who has recorded several albums. His performances range from solo acoustic, through to cabaret and rock shows.

During the 90’s James made an appearance on Australia’s The Good Morning Show with John Mangos on Channel 7 and fronted two Sydney cover bands “The Underdogs” from 87’ – 89’ and “The Real Gone Cats” from 1995 – 1999. These groups provided support acts for Australian icons such as Jenny Morris, John Paul Young, Mondo Rock. And international stars Chubby Checker & Little Pattie. In 1998, he performed on stage with Australian Blues guitar legend Kevin Borich and has provided support for Australian music icons such as: Daryl Braithwaite, Dave Warner and Joe Camilleri.

In 1998, James toured Australia and New Zealand performing as Johnny O’Keefe in the Elvis & Johnny O’Keefe Tribute Show. He has also been the star of Uncut Diamond, the Neil Diamond Tribute Event featuring James as Neil Diamond, supported by his fabulous six-piece
show band. Today, James plays the role of “The Boss” in an exciting new tribute event…”Glory Days – The Boss Experience” a tribute to Bruce Springsteen. In August 2017, they appeared on “The Today Show” on channel 9. This was to promote their upcoming performance of Springsteen classics for the American College Football after party, held right next to Allianz Stadium in Sydney.

This world class event, has toured Queensland, New South Wales, Western Australia, and in August 2018, he performed his incredible event in the U.K. James performed at one the world’s biggest tribute festival “Tribfest” held in Yorkshire. James is now performing his Springsteen & Diamond events on international cruises, and back to pushing his greatest passion, his song writing.
